Tyler Dean, individualy and as trustee, sold 31 Bellewood Circle to Jason and Kelly Holt, of Ormond Beach, for $354,000. Built in 1962, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,104 square feet. It sold in May for $251,200.

Matthew Bauries and Hsien-Chi Ger, of Ormond Beach, sold 297 River Vale Lane to Brian Glenn, of Ormond Beach, for $318,000. Built in 2015, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,345 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $273,700.

Dragi and Erin Filipovski, of Ormond Beach, sold 105 Hidden Hills Drive to Jason Powers and Cindy Pulido, of Ormond Beach, for $259,900. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,570 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $170,900.

Kelly and Neal Gray sold 50 Chrysanthemum Drive to Mark Simpson, of Ormond Beach, for $232,000. Built in 2010, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,963 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $169,100.

Randall and Susan Tolbert sold 75 Black Hickory Way to Gary and Barbara Zaniewski, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 2004, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,788 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $309,000.
