Beachfront condo sells for $1,149,000

A condo in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of April 18-24 in Flagler County. Pushpa and Surrender Patel, of Brandon, sold 85 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1001, to Gregory and Patricia Rose, of Palm Coast, for $1,149,000. Built in 2006, the condo has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,070 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $1,550,000. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

Condos

John Reynolds, of Kemah, Texas, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 117, to Benjamin and Diana Peticca, of Murrysville, Pennsylvania, for $338,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $585,000.

Richard and Lynda Vance, and John and Jennifer Ball sold 1200 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 164, to Leo Hagan, of Harbor Springs, Michigan, for $279,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $511,500.

Richard Belhumeur, and Skyhawk Development Inc., of Flagler Beach, sold 12 Shady Oak Lane to Holly and Gordon Silva, of Palm Coast, for $460,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,085 square feet.

Belle Terre

Mario and Delminda Arsenio, of Palm Coast, sold 118 Prince Eric Lane to Jose and Alessandra Gomes, of Newark, New Jersey, for $225,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,757 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $200,000.

Fairchild Oaks

Raymond and Joanne Michaels, of Daytona Beach, sold 6 Hickory Lane to Sunshine State Real Estate LLC, of Flagler Beach, for $295,800. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,357 square feet.

Fuquay

Xiaoguang Bai, of Flushing, New York, sold 1900 Daytona Ave. to Tammy Seale and Michael Boswell II, of San Luis Obispo, California, for $342,000. Built in 1976, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,240 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $403,000.

Grand Haven

Frank and Linda Peacock, of Flagler Beach, sold 32 Lagare St. to Gregory and Nancy Beltrame, of Palm Coast, for $400,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,437 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $360,000.

James Frasca, of West Islip, New York, sold 42 Crosstie Court to Olney McLarty, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,000 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $232,000.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 141 Golf View Court to Lisa Brodeur, of Bunnell, for $200,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,714 square feet.

William and Jerfe Dittmann, of Spring Lake, New Jersey, sold 4 Corte del Mar to Patricia Lynch, of Palm Coast, for $349,000. Built in 1990, the house has two bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,564 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $670,000.

Nicole Phillips, of Wellington, New Zealand, sold 147 Birchwood Drive to Donald Hudson, of Palm Coast, for $196,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,852 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $185,000.
