The dramatic story of Les Misérables is coming to the Flagler Auditorium stage, with a cast of 53 Flagler Palm Coast High School students and four Buddy Taylor Middle School students.
The musical is based on the 1862 novel of the same name by French poet and novelist Victor Hugo. The production's company includes over a dozen behind-the-scenes tech students, as well as music/stage directing by Kelly Riveria, vocal coaching from Sara Horton and technical directing by Jack Neiberlein.
“This is literally my dream role; I’ve always wanted to perform as Jean Valjean in this show, because I really relate to him a lot. I don’t want to giveaway too much from the show, but let’s just saw he goes through some struggles in his past life and he comes back harder and stronger than ever.”
