The Pine Trail Elementary PTA hosted their second-annual Fun Run to raise money for important projects around the school, while encouraging health and fitness, on Friday, March, 1.
Students of all grade levels were invited to run, jog or walk around a one-fourth mile track, and to complete as many laps as possible in 35-minute increments during their regular physical education time. Family members were encouraged to join in as well.
Proceeds from the event helped support new technology, tutoring, field day, Teacher Appreciation Week, awards, spirit days, classroom supplies and other expenses.
