The city of Ormond Beached celebrated its end of the season catch-and-release kids' fishing tournament on Saturday, June 15, with 32 kids participating, at the Neptune beach approach. It was organized by the Department of Leisure Services and supported by Fish Florida, Granada Bait and Tackle, Eagle Claw, Steve and Jennifer O'Dwyer, and Krispy Kreme.
The next fishing event will be Saturday, Sept. 7 at the Bailey Gardens. Registration is required.
