John Anderson house gets $2 million

A house on the Halifax River was the top real estate transaction for the week of April 28 to May 4 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Ronald and Lisa Hayes, as trustees, sold 420 John Anderson Drive to Jeffrey Ference, of Ormond Beach, for $2 million. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 7,665 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 3434 Farmingdale Road to George Martinelli and Melody Dearborn, of Ormond Beach, for $365,900. Built in 2007, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,659 square feet.

Christopher and Gena Massebeau, of Ormond Beach, sold 262 E. Woodhaven Circle to Brian and April Frahm, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,890 square feet.

Douglas and Debra VanderKamp sold 807 Cordova Ave. to Bradley and Rita Krause, of Ormond Beach, for $327,750. Built in 1951, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,179 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $232,900.

Andrew D’Anna and Kristy Patterson, of Ormond Beach, sold 506 Pinewood St. to Terry Mabe and Sari Rawls, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,018 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $208,000.

Robert and Kelly Andrews, of Elgin, South Carolina, sold 17 Southern Pine Trail to Andrea Gelfars, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,340 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $175,000.

Thomas and Anne Squillacote sold 215 Greenbriar Ave. to Brian Mollere and Andrea Reagan, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1972, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,118 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $70,000.

Allison Zimmerman, Stacy Heck and Rhiannon Bushue sold 2 Mayfield Terrace to Garrett and Shannon Stoker, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,782 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $114,000.

Katherine Wichman, individually and as trustee, sold 9 Misners Trail to Eoin and Kathleen Harty, of Sierra Madre, California, for $205,000. Built in 1988, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,708 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $145,000.

Lois Laudenslager, individually and as trustee, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 310, to Antoinette Mandas, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1996, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,230 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $225,000.

Sibel Guelseren, of Palm Coast, sold 23 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to Patricia Foden-Clarke, of Ormond Beach, for $125,000. Built in 1980, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,434 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $93,700.

Chelsea Place

Ronald and Leslie McEwen, of New London, New Hampshire, sold 1216 Draycott St. to Family Capital LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $397,500. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,163 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $401,900.

Halifax Plantation

Leslie Jones, of Ormond Beach, sold 4078 N. Chinook Lane to Raphael Tordini, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,2,95 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $304,000.

Ormond Lakes

Joel and Dany Marmin, of Faumont, France, sold 107 Timucuan Drive to Kelly Ceiler, of Ormond Beach, for $217,500. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,663 square feet.

Plantation Bay

Daphne Pattison, individually and as trustee, sold 830 Aldenham Lane to Timothy and Barbara Singleton, of Ormond Beach, for $237,500. Built in 2018, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet.

Plantation Pines

Stephanie Potts and Stephanie Adams, of Ormond Beach, sold 415 Pine Woods Road to Monte and Sarah Marzilli, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool and 1,722 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $158,000.

Robert and Joe Ann Ford, and David and Jana Bugno, of Jacksonville, sold 3734 Long Leaf Drive to Joseph Redner, of Ormond Beach, for $298,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,171 square feet.

Tomoka Oaks

William and Marie Heric, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Pine Valley Circle to Allen Tourville and Leslie Hammerle, of Ormond Beach, for $305,000. Built in 1966, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,380 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $86,500.

Tymber Creek

Robert and Kayren Jost, of Eustis, sold 15 Raintree Court to Kim Fahy, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1978, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,048 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $46,600.

Harry and Fatemeh Gilbert, of Henderson, Nevada, sold 20 Waterford Court to James Niswander, of Ormond Beach, for $160,800. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,182 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $67,100.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Eve and Scott Purvis sold 1575 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 305, to Raymond and Laurie Croteau, of Lunenburg, Massachusetts, for $265,000. Built in 1974, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,227 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $210,000.

Emma Monfordini, of DeLand, sold 5 Starlight Drive to Keith and Laura Colombo, of Loxahatchee, for $260,247. Built in 1970, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $157,0000.

Mourlyn Rapp, individually and as trustee, sold 19 Ocean Shore Drive to Bruce and Marsha Hitchcock, of Titusville, for $200,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 816 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $37,000.

Mark Johnson and Alexandra Tiedeken-Johnson, of Lexington, Kentucky, sold 53 Azalea Drive to Christopher Marchat, and David and Lynn Marchat, of Ormond Beach, for $188,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 700 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $120,000.
