Ormond Beach children and their parents escaped Saturday's downpour with an indoor Fourth of July activity at the Environmental Discovery Center.
The center's Independence Day craft event consisted of creating an eagle and decorating it with red, white and blue stars. It was a free program. For more information on the EDC's events, call 615-7081.
