Beachside house sells for $449,500

A house on North Halifax Drive was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Nov. 10-16 in the Multiple Listing Service. Eva Connors-McMullin, of Ormond Beach, sold 331 N Halifax Drive to Trent Little, of Ormond Beach, for $449,500. Built in 1956, the house has three bedrooms, three baths a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,663 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $230,500. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

John and Carolyn Hewitt, of Ormond Beach, sold 1239 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2-A-1, to Jeffery Small Sr. and Ana Arnaiz, of Ormond Beach, for $421,500. Built in 1984, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,853 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $380,000.

Manuel Malleiro and Paul Parmley, of Miami, sold 272 Riverbend Road to Raymond and Jayne Briggs, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1978, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,414 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $315,000.

Idalia Oriega, of Ormond Beach, sold 142 Ivanhoe Drive to James Weller, of Lexington, Michigan, for $249,900. Built in 1961, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,762 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $68,000.

Vasil and Savetka Murgoska, of Ormond Beach, sold 130 Pinion Circle to Joseph Lightwies, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,396 square feet. It sold in 2015 for 119,000.

Charles Carr and Stacy Carr, of Knoxville, Tennessee, sold 2730 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3010, to Alan and Lori Meier, of Buford, Georgia, for $193,000. Built in 1990, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 871 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $85,000.

Wilhelm and Irma Landon, of Ormond Beach, sold 175 S. Ridgewood Ave. to John Zemball III, of Ormond Beach, for $156,000. Built in 1951, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 716 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $58,500.

Brenda Elton, of Tallahassee, sold 481 Lake Bridge Drive to ACL Realty LLC, of Port Orange, for $109,000. Built in 1986, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,632 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $86,000.

Chelsea Place

Susan Gabriel and Thomas Gibbons sold 321 Chesham St. to Patrice and Roy Stoves, of Ormond Beach, for $437,500. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,547 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $355,500.

Halifax Plantation

David and Jung Wormwood, of Ocala, sold 3640 Christa Court to Danuta and John Cordeiro, of Palm Coast, for $365,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,554 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $313,779.

Ormond Lakes

Steven and Jill Petrozzi, of Ormond Beach, sold 39 Flowertree Drive to Timothy and Amy Scritchfield, as trustees, for $400,000. Built in 2000, the house has five bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,784 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $290,000.

Plantation Bay

Clifford and Geraldine Smith, of Ormond Beach, sold 1405 Regal Pointe Lane to William and Kathleen Gradante, of Ormond Beach, for $395,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,453 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $317,800.

William and Donna Kidd, of Ormond Beach, sold 1219 Hampstead Lane to Glenn and Diane Kopczynski, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,998 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $292,200.

Jerry and Dorothy Kemp, of Ormond Beach, sold 1385 Sunnngdale Lane to Elizabeth Morris, of Big Canoe, Georgia, for $300,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,761 square feet.

Tomoka Oaks

Robert and Kathleen Renney sold 14 Oakmont Circle to Sven and Lauren Ballotti, of Ormond Beach, for $254,000. Built in 1972, the house has six bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, a swimming pool and 2,679 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $259,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Jason and Collette Gray sold 60 Berkley Road to Joseph and Sheila Giacomo, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,397 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $217,500.
