The third-annual Flo.Wav Fest took place on Aug. 10 at Palm Coast Town Center. The original band members and creators of Flo.Wav Fest are Conor Bertha and Dylan Parra. The festival consisted of 30+ live performances on two stages, several food trucks, and lots of vendors.
