A house in Flagler Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of July 4-10 in Flagler County. Daryl and Patricia Harris, of Flagler Beach, sold 120 Lambert Ave. to William and Scarlett Irby, of Flagler Beach, for $875,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 3,000 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $320,000. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.
Condos
Ralph and Ninotte Gousse, of Apopka, sold 55 Riverview Bend S., Unit 2044, to Janis Boyd, as trustee, for $320,000. Built in 2007, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,254 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $446,900.
Keith Ahern, of Palm Coast, sold 60 Kings Colony Court S. to Charles and Michele Seyfert, as trustees, for $145,000. Built in 1988, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,021 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $50,000.
Arthur and Shirley Watson, of Manchester Township, New Jersey, sold 1 Mid Pines Circle to Takaharu Nakashima, as trustee, for $130,000. Built in 1980, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,188 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $135,000.
Armand Beach
Matthew Dunn sold 15 Mahoe Drive N. to Thomas Shotkevand and Loretta Diamond for $245,000. Built in 2010, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 945 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $211,500.
Belle Terre
Carmelita Yuzon and Maria Yuson, of Jacksonville, sold 112 Persimmon Drive to Christopher and Yvonne Casey, of North Smithfield, Rhode Island, for $159,900. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,497 square feet.
Cypress Knoll
Robert and Katherine Croucher, of St. Augustine, sold 10 Edgar Lane to Mary and David Kelsey, of Palm Coast, for $248,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,935 square feet.
Hammock Dunes
Florence Halpert. of Philadelphia, sold 5 Madeira Court to Robert Swanson and Cynthia Swanson Revocable Trust for $349,000. Built in 1992, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,104 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $235,000.
Lehigh Woods
Lyn Fry, of Lake Stevens, Washington, sold 133 Raintree Circle to Adelaide Ferreira, of Palm Coast, for $210,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,627 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $197,100.
Robert Conser, of Palm Coast, sold 26 Reinhardt Lane to John Cooper and Edith Carr, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,811 square feet.
Layne Peer, of Port St. Lucie, sold 11 Ryapple Lane to Joshua and Monica Burgman, of Palm Coast, for $180,900. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,263 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $165,900.

Secretary of Housing and Urban Development sold 25 Lytton Lane to Tara Brown and Brian Crawley, of Palm Coast, for $153,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,562 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $228,500.
Not in Subdivision
Noah Welton sold 36 Felter Lane to Laura Castro and Sherman Barnes, of Palm Coast, for $228,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,676 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $145,000.
Ocean Hammock
Anthony and Karen Sakal, individually and as trustees, sold 40 Cinnamon Beach Way to Russell and Mary Adam, of Green Cove Springs, for $570,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,554 square feet.
Ocean Palm
Francis and Mary Ann Cummings, of Ridgefield Park, New Jersey, sold 257 Ocean Palm Drive to William Chance and Laiken Kelly, of Flagler Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,361 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $173,000.
Palm Harbor
Delbert and Glorida McCown, of Jupiter, sold 34 Fallwood Lane to Paula Bookbinder, of Palm Coast, for $323,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,125 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $200,000.
Mark and Nancy Perlman, individually and as trustees, sold 28 Courtney Place to Michael and Kym Hottowe, of Palm Coast, for $189,150. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,175 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $139,500.
Beverly Chester, of Chesapeake, Virginia, sold 51 Fleetwood Drive to Jefferson and Jennifer Romney, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 1981, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,566 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $68,000.

Royal View Properties LLC, of Phoenix, sold 19 Weidner Place to Charles Oettel, of Palm Coast, for $185,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,670 square feet. It sold in January for $129,900.
Frank and Sherril Lagocki, of Palm Coast, sold 18 Wavecrest Place to Cristian and Karen Cortes, of Ontario, Canada, for $176,500. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,591 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $136,000.
Peggy Wishneski, of Palm Coast, sold 111 Woodhaven Drive to Deborah Fancher for $169,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,258 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $145,000.
Quail Hollow

Woodlands
Donald Armstrong, as representative and trustee, and Crystal Armstrong, as trustee, sold 38 Blakemore Drive to Ruby Malo, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,358 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $60,600.
