The Children's Musical Theatre Workshop, Inc., held their spring shows on May 19-20, with the older cast performing Disney's "Mary Poppins Jr." onstage at the Ormond Beach Performing Arts Center.
The show featured the memorable songs of the 1964 film, including "Spoonful of Sugar," "Chim Chim Cher-ee" and "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious." Starring Yara Nasr as Mary Poppins, Haley McLeer as Jane, Emily McComb as Michael, Derek Oatway as Bert and Michael Huth as George, the cast brought the film to life in Ormond Beach.
The younger members of CMT performed "Rats! The Story of the Pied Piper." CMT is a non-profit corporation which helps children in Flagler and Volusia County get involved with musical theater.
