Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,537 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $206,060.

Port Orange

Cheryl Breland, of Altamonte Springs, sold 83 Crooked Pine Road to Gail Price and Erin Sanderson, of Port Orange, for $142,000. Built in 1988, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,032 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $90,000.

Robert Cerame, of Port Orange, sold 5477 Pineland Ave. to Pierre Trudel, of Quebec, Canada, for $51,500. Built in 1971, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 984 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $29,000.

Stuart Slavin, of New York, New York, sold 940 Village Trail, unit 1-201, to M. Frank Francis, of South Daytona, for $109,000. Built in 2003, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,006 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $171,400.

Norman and Annette Williamson, of Ontario, Canada, sold 986 Deer Springs Road to Marc Gagnon, of Quebec, Canada, for $185,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,429 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $78,900.

Donald and Diane Lisi, of Daytona Beach Shores, sold 475 Woodstock Drive to Carol Stannard, of Port Orange, for $234,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,560 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $81,300.

Dunlawton Hills

David Skidmore, of Washington, D.C., sold 875 Stonybrook Circle to Richard Vogel, of Port Orange, for $134,000. Built in 1986, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 931 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $68,000.

Oakbrook

Jill Hawkins, of Riviera Beach, sold 3874 Esplanade Ave. to Nathan and Nicole Blum, of Port Orange, for $225,000. Built in 2009, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,412 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $142,500.

Spruce Creek Fly-In

John Shelley, as trustee, sold 1858 Seclusion Drive to Joseph and June Miller, of Yardkey, Pennsylvania, for $580,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,935 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $400,000.

Waters Edge

Patricia and Kaye Brown, of Port Orange, sold 1638 Armin Court to Barbara Wise, of Port Orange, for $282,500. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,679 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $173,000.

West Park

Martin and Janis Gagliardi, of Port Orange, sold 637 Ruth St. to David and Patricia Temple, of Casselberry, for $104,900. Built in 1949, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 740 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $138,900.

Willow Run

Steven Goyette, of West Palm Beach, sold 1219 Justice St. to Gregory McCollum, of Port Orange, for $152,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,144 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $167,000.

South Daytona

Larry Craner, of Sewell, New Jersey, sold 2844 Regent Crescent to Pamela Bickell and James Hill, of South Daytona, for $195,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,372 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $159,000.
