Walter Borgen and Jeffery Hurt, of Daytona Beach, sold 5137 Orange Ave. to Chade and Amelie Coleman, of Port Orange, for $139,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,102 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $65,000.

Baywood

Robert and Lavonne Johnston sold 5583 Lancewood Drive to Andrea Turcotte and Courteney Armstrong, of Port Orange, for $170,000. Built in 1989, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,504 square feet.

Josh and Michele Simms, of Port Orange, sold 5422 Cordgrass Bend Lane to Marcial Wong and Michelle Lopez-Wong, of Port Orange, for $209,900. Built in 2012, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,415 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $145,000.
