The top selling residence for May 13 through 19 in Port Orange and South Daytona is a house in Spruce Creek Fly-In. Fredrick and Margaret Silverio, of Port Orange, sold 2644 Slow Flight Drive to Buckman Investments LLC Slow Flight Drive Series, of Port Orange, for $700,000. Built in 1984, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool, airplane hangar and 2,940 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $540,000.

 

Brandy Hills

Jean and Sonia Roy, of Lewiston, Maine, sold 181 Brandy Hills Drive to Danielle Deamer and Michael Bresett, of Port Orange, for $175,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,304 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $59,000.

 

Matthew and Heather Pruitt sold 250 Manhattan Way to Kyle Appell, of Port Orange, for $170,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,275 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $138,000.

Jennifer Capoblanco, of Port Orange, sold 5314 Cordgrass Bend Lane to Evan Young, of Port Orange, for $204,902. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,416 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $154,400.

Timothy and Maria Jordan sold 4003 N. Waterbridge Circle to Paul and Lynn Avenoso, of East Patchogue, New York, for $235,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,862 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $145,000.

 

Joel and Carlyn Peterson, of Port Orange, sold 917 Smokerise Blvd. to Brian and Abigail Clowers, and Lloyd Coates Jr., of Port Orange, for $216,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,875 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $167,000.

David Garcia sold 940 Village Trail, Unit 8-206, to Julio and Hurda Duran, of Port Orange, for $132,500. Built in 2003, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,006 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $98,000.

Olga Difalco, of Port Orange, sold 5339 Royal Plantation Blvd. to Digger Consulting Corp., of Port Orange, for $232,000. Built in 2011, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,206 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $128,690.

Judith Nelson and Angela Sergent, of Leawood, Kansas, sold 3104 Waterway Place to Ronald and Barbara Schwenninger, of Port Orange, for $345,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,799 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $315,000.

Randy and LouRae Bottorff, of Port Orange, sold 5455 Saint Regis Way to Jose and Tobie Fortes, of South Easton, Massachusetts, for $265,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,932 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $221,500.

Reginald and Kirbi Thomas, of Daytona Beach, sold 25 Spinnaker Circle to James and Christie Tourigny, of South Daytona, for $260,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,931 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $196,500.
