CC Brown's Landing LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 2402 Wild Turkey Creek Lane to David Cox, of Port Orange, for $638,560. Built in 2017, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,263 square feet.

Bayview Homesites

Lawrence Travis, of Jensen Beach, sold 1105 Millbrook Ave. to James Puckett and Laura Smith, of Port Orange, for $70,000. Built in 1989, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,512 square feet.

Brandy Hills

Daniel Chambers sold 175 Brandy Hills Drive to Michelle McGregor, of Miami Shores, for $120,000. Built in 1979, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,304 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $132,000.

Commonwealth

Christiana Trust, as trustee, sold 5669 Wood St. to Nicholas Landino III, of South Daytona, for $56,600. Built in 2008, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,296 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $23,500.

Glenwood Village

Tracy Hosford, individually and as trustee, George Hosford and Marilyn Keller sold 1428 Tim Court to William and Terresa Laughlin, of Port Orange, for $180,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,340 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $62,800.

Michael and Ekaterina Welch, of Port Orange, sold 1076 Horizon View Blvd. to Anthony Jelenek, of Port Orange, for $182,400. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2013 for $132,000.

Charlotte Perkins sold 773 Greenfield Drive to Thomas Maday and Bonita Sierra, of Port Orange, for $149,000. Built in 2006, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,735 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $54,000.
