Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,617 square feet.

Barefoot Park

Ashley Fales, of Port Orange, sold 119 Barefoot Trail to Robert and Eileen LiCausi, of Port Orange, for $93,000. Built in 2007, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,312 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $23,800.

Efren Perez, of Berwyn, Illinois, sold 112 Barefoot Trail to James Gunn, of Port Orange, for $65,000. Built in 1983, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths and 924 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $99,000.

Cambridge

Jody Properties LLC, of Hickory, sold 209 N. Brighton Drive to David Wallace, of Port Orange, for $205,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,468 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $93,900.

Commonwealth

Laura Scott, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 5656 Wood St. to Michael and Christopher Jones, of Port Orange, for $125,000. Built in 1983, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,248 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $72,000.

Country Walk

Eric Rosenberg, of Port Orange, sold 3495 Country Walk Drive to Rudolph Defreitas, of South Daytona, for $135,800. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,391 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $99,900.

Deep Forest

Lindsay Lombardi, of Port Orange, sold 954 Sand Crest Drive to Stanley and Diane Poston, of Port Orange, for $242,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,522 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $178,000.

Dunlawton Hills

Betty Vola; Elizabeth and John Goodloe; and Charles and Cindy Vola sold 970 Samms Ave. to Daniel Stubbs and Jerri Anderson, of Port Orange, for $252,333. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, 1,898 square feet and an additional 576-square-foot cottage.

Eric Rosenberg, of Port Orange, sold 849 Stonybrook Circle to Solomon’s Wisdom LLLP, of Daytona Beach, for $120,000. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 931 square feet. It sold in 2004 and $102,000.

Reggie and Alaina Mosley sold 3859 Long Grove Lane to Deborah Knighten, of Port Orange, for $140,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,069 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $68,100.

Harbour Town

Chad and Victoria Rechcygl, as trustees, sold 5460 Landis Ave. to Misuk Martin, of Port Orange, for $172,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,515 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $215,000.

Eleanor Korabek, of Clearwater, sold 711 Rock Court to John and Donna Partigianoni, of Cortland, New York, for $88,000. Built in 1982, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $10,500.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 175 E. Country Circle Drive to John Dawson, of Port Orange, for $317,000. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,402 square feet.

William and Joyce Clark, of Thomasville, Georgia, sold 3551 Forest Branch Drive, Unit B, to Darren Sheremeta, of Port Orange, for $118,500. Built in 1986, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,304 square feet.

Patricia Van Duyne, of Daytona Beach, sold 3960 Willow Trail Run, Unit A3, to Macy Properties LLC, of Port Orange, for $80,000. Built in 1982, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $58,900.

Twin Gates

Jerry Odom and Judy Guthrie sold 150 Westgate Drive to Jesse Wilcox, of Ledyard, Connecticut, for $58,000. Built in 1982, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths and 504 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $58,000.

Villages of Royal Palm

Charles and Patricia Baisley, of Ormond Beach, sold 1741 Weeping Elm Circle to James and Laura Kearns, of Buckeye, Arizona, for $320,000. Built in 2009, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,267 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $258,400.

John and Mary Lou Mattwell sold 5476 St. Regis Way to Andy and Judy McKinney, of Port Orange, for $256,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,834 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $173,100.
