After Hurricane Irma passed by, and after the sun came up on Flagler County, Ed Siarkowicz took these photos the morning of Sept. 11. Many of the photos are from the State Road 100 bridge heading east into Flagler Beach. Some are also from Daytona Avenue and South 23rd Street, in Flagler Beach.
