Flagler County sent out a second press release Monday, Sept. 11 at 6:06 p.m. clarifying that the openings will not be until 7 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 12. This information was not listed in the original release at 4:49 p.m.
Flagler County is putting together a list of opening businesses in the aftermath of Hurricane Irma, and the Palm Coast Observer will continue to update this list as we know of more businesses opening.
“It’s one of the first steps of the recovery process here in Flagler County,” said Flagler County Administrator Craig Coffey in a press release. “We encourage our business owners to reach out to us so we can let everyone know Flagler County is open for business.”
Flagler County is specifically monitoring grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations and home improvement stores. Please contact the county at 313-4098 and provide your store name, location, and opening date and time.
