A house on the Tomoka River in Broadwater was the top real estate sales transaction for July 30 through Aug. 5 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Gary and Jill Yeomans, of Ormond Beach, sold 30 Broadriver Road to Michel and Rachel Samson, of Ormond Beach, for $1,293,000. Built in 2003, the house sits on 2.46 acres and has five bedrooms, 6.5 baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 5,293 square feet. A separate two-bedroom residence is included.
Ormond Beach
Bonnie Garson, of Woodstock, Georgia, sold 38 Old Macon Road to Nancy Rudquist, of Ormond Beach, for $189,900. Built in 1998, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,611 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $155,000.
Jason and Cody Frederick, of Ormond Beach, sold 357 Apache Trail to Natasha Albatrosov, and Albert and Cynthia Albatrosov, of Ormond Beach, for $185,000. Built in 1968, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,664 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $83,000.
Rick Brown, of Ormond Beach, and Neil Brown, of Daytona Beach, sold 1763 Valencia Ave. to Robert Irving, of Holiday, and Elizabeth Postiglione, of Ringoes, New Jersey, for $72,500. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 992 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $145,000.

Roy and Danielle Martin, of Port Orange, sold 19 Brook Crest Way to Uyen and Canh Truong, of Ormond Beach, for $420,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,224 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $390,000.
Kenneth and Susan Klein, of Ormond Beach, sold 45 Circle Creek Way to Michael and Bridget Camizzi, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,055 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $206,930.
Halifax Plantation
Barbara Houpt, as representative, and Tamara Falvai, of Malibu, California, sold 3609 Christa Court to Andrew and Claire Lehtonen, of Ormond Beach, for $324,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,248 square feet.

Shirley Keeney, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 Timberlake Lane to Susan and Ronald Morrison, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,156 square feet.
Penny Piccirillo, of Daytona Beach, sold 125 Hidden Hills Drive to Diane DeCorah and Austin Harrell, of Ormond Beach, for $198,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,632 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $108,900.

Bret and Richard Budd, individually and as trustees, sold 2007 Toni St. to Lori Peck, of Ormond Beach, for $58,000. Built in 1986, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,248 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $67,000.
Oak Forest
Donald and Virginia Bass, as trustees, sold 2 Avenue Bonita to Thomas Stenger, of Deerfield Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,986 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $99,000.
Plantation Bay
Daniel Guzewicz, of Southhampton, New York, sold 419 Long Cove Road to Shirley McIntosh, of Ormond Beach, for $303,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,202 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $239,000.
Robert Palmer, individually and as trustee, sold 1420 Sunningdale Lane to Kenneth and Melinda Chapman, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,950 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $162,940.
Tomoka Oaks
Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 39 Pine Valley Circle to John and Mary Murphy, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1970, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,886 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $90,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Christopher Guerriero and Elaine Moyses, of Daytona Beach, sold 131 Ocean Aire Terrace to William and Sharon Mignardi, of Orlando, for $253,200. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,295 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $219,900.
Richard and Sandra Gosch, of Ormond Beach, sold 41 Capistrano Drive to Earl and Donna Mahfuz, of Monroe, Georgia, for $222,550. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,164 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $205,000.
G. Christopher and Dorothy Hartley, of Birmingham, Alabama, sold 3 Pirates Cove to Jill Zanlungo, of Ormond Beach, for $212,000. Built in 1973, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,709 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $96,500.
Ralph and Victoria Boren, of The Villages, sold 24 Sunny Shore Drive to Heidi Flotow, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a swimming pool and 1,008 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $236,500.
Eldon and Julia Njus sold 110 Holland Road to John Hirt and Laura Watson, of Ormond Beach, for $209,900. Built in 1953, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 891 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $80,000.
Robert Wicks and Bobby Taskey sold 2390 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2010, to James and Margie Dyer, of Ormond Beach, for $198,000. Built in 1990, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 936 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $165,500.
Four Corners Diversified Group Inc. sold 169 Roberta Road to Vincent and Melanie Russo, of Fort Pierce, for $185,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 621 square feet. It sold in March for $131,000.
Carole Townsley, of Ormond Beach, sold 43 Sunny Shore Drive to Karl Kuhns and Debra Parker-Kuhns, of Ormond Beach, for $184,250. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 888 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $135,000.
Sunny Beach Group LLC, of Orlando, sold 27 Hibiscus Drive to Neil and Jennifer Lawrence, of Weaverville, North Carolina, for $$180,000. Built in 1953, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,036 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $123,500.
Michael Pyle, as representative, sold 146 Laurie Drive to Ormond Dreams LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $125,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace and 986 square feet.
