A house in Waters Edge was the top real estate transaction for Sept. 10-16 in Port Orange. Lawrence and Marsha Wilnau, of Ocala, sold 1748 Creekwater Blvd. to Kenneth Fustin and Judith Lovens, of Port Orange, for $405,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,952 square feet.
Brandy Hills
Doreen Dufresne, of Deltona, sold 91 Glass Court to Joshua Bennett, of Port Orange, for $160,000. Built in 1978, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,359 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $111,940.
Winfield and Marilyn Keller sold 208 Gibson Way to Johnny and Jamie Warren, of Port Orange, for $147,000. Built in 1979, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,337 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $55,900.
Cambridge
Gary Eckert sold 209 Brittany Ave. to Gregory Ast and Shelly Mosley, of Port Orange, for $187,900. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,358 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $58,500.
Cypress Cove
Patsy Reaves sold 930 Chickadee Drive to Robert Richey and Ashley Ford, of Port Orange, for $185,000. Built in 1984, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,462 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $77,000.
Devonwood
Diane Bailey, Kathleen Bunselmeyer and Jennifer Malloch, of Port Orange, sold 609 Forest Troll Drive to Leslie Flood, of Daytona Beach Shores, for $147,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,501 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $68,000.
Harbor Oaks
Dawn Loudin sold 20 E. Bayshore Drive to Karen Fazekas, of Port Orange, for $168,000. Built in 1950, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 924 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $150,000.

Dennis and Kristen Adams sold 125 W. Country Circle Drive to Thomas and Margaret Dula, of Port Orange, for $400,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,675 square feet.

Angela and Chad Owens, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 609 Forest Troll Drive to John and Camille Curnya, of Port Orange, for $147,000. Built in 1996, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $251,100.

Barbara Johnson, of Port Orange, sold 1903 Goldenrod Way, Unit 36, to Elizabeth Corbett, of Port Orange, for $155,000. Built in 1981, the villa has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,379 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $139,800.
Townhomes North
Donna and John Poston, and Donald Zolkiwsky, of Port Orange, sold 3522 Forest Branch Drive, Unit D, to Jennifer Socarras-Vidal and Christopher Vidal, of Miami, for $120,000. Built in 1989, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,244 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $167,000.
Villages of Royal Palm
Anthony and Paula Cavoulas sold 1628 Areca Palm Drive to Shelley Clark and Norma Freije, of Port Orange, for $192,000. Built in 2006, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,331 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $206,924.
Waters Edge
Amy and Carya Dideriksen, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 6873 Forkmead Lane to Kevin and Rebecca Gill, of Port Orange, for $402,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,915 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $368,700.
