Aces High: Port Orange Rotary Club hosts casino night for charity

Members participated in silent auctions where proceeds benefitted local and international charities.

The South Daytona/Port Orange Rotary Club hosted the 11th-annual Rotary Aces High Casino Night on Saturday, Nov. 4, at the Shores Resort and Spa. This event benefitted local high school athletes, swimming classes through the YMCA, facilities for Boy Scout Camp La-No-Che, and scholarships for children to attend school in Africa. 

Texas Hold'em was the center of attention for most of the night as there was a $600 cash grand prize. Paul Shephard won the $600 grand prize.
