A lakefront house was the top seller for the week of April 20-26. Rory and Gayle Burke sold 22 Oak View Circle E. to Zulmira Morais, as trustee, for $645,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 2,766 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $675,000.

Condos

Asitha and Amila Perera, of Orange Park, sold 200 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 224, to Florence Latterner and Katherine Elsbree, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $342,000.

John Mullen, individually and as trustee, and Diane Dyer, as trustee, sold 15 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1335, to John Mullen, Brian Mullen, Diane Dyer and Michael Mullen for $230,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,696 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $617,400.

Zack Worldwide Investments Inc., of Ocala, sold 25 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1211, to Sullivan Condo Inc., of Daytona Beach, for $223,100. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,696 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $383,600.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 46 Captains Walk, Unit 46, to Barry Kendrick, of Coral Springs, for $218,000. Built in 1989, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,875 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $275,000.

Gouverneur Properties LLC, of Cary, North Carolina, sold 35 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1112, to Christopher Fay and Meredith McCormick, of Shawnee, Kansas, for $210,000. Built in 2002, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,264 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $432,000.

Abbie Wyckoff, of Palm Coast, sold 9 Palm Lane to Jeffrey and Delilah Hanyon, of Palm Coast, for $185,000. Built in 1989, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,021 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $121,500.

Frank and Pamela Taylor, individually and as trustees, sold 222 Parkview Drive to Bryan Parresol and Jesse Barthel, of Palm Coast, for $144,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,019 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $183,600.

Guy Sawyer, of Gladstone, Michigan, sold 118 Pine Grove Drive to Fernando and Teresa Gomes, of Elizabeth, New Jersey, for $198,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,681 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $219,900.

Palm Harbor

David and Julia Mendenhall, of Miami, sold 27 Claridge Court S. to Paul and Antoinette Vassel, of Fort Lauderdale, for $468,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 1,940 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $269,000.

Erik and Ingrid Traulsen, of Palm Coast, sold 2 Coral Reef Court N. to Brian Shaffer and Dawne Bischoff, of Palm Coast, for $215,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,511 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $95,000.

Gary and Donna Sheffield, of Flagler Beach, sold 10 Audubon Lane to Jordan Johnston and Jakelyn Sweat, of Flagler Beach, for $455,000. Built in 1995, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,410 square feet.
