The Ormond Beach Police Department supported Seabreeze High School for the second consecutive year with the Badges N' Boardshorts event held from 9-1 p.m. on Saturday, July 22, at Fortunato Park.
With opportunities for kayaking, paddle boarding, outdoor yoga classes and bounce houses for children, this year's Badges N' Boardshorts had some of OBPD's finest out on the water. The event also included various local businesses like Schmancy Pops and Odyssey Adventure Club—which is also run by local teachers.
Badges N' Boardshorts presented a peculiar form of yoga, as well. A handful of OBPD and attendees worked out their abdominals during a laughing yoga class, led by Parikh Madhu.
All of the events proceeds went toward Seabreeze High's AICE program.
