Masks, beads and casino-style gaming set the backdrop for the Flagler County Education Foundation's 13 annual Mardi Gras fundraiser. Guests dined on a "southern cuisine" buffet, enjoyed entertainment by Luis Mano and his Latin Jazz band, and cashed in gaming "bucks" in exchange for a chance at a variety of raffle baskets.
