Money raised for veterans

It was the second year the group gathered at the bridge.

The Veteran Support Fund along with the Rock of Daytona, 104.7 FM, held their second annual Veterans Day fundraiser. The group raised money to buy Christmas gifts for veterans in the Emory L. Bennett Memorial Veterans Nursing Home in Daytona Beach. People donated money and then walked a mile over the bridge and back or sponsored a walker. T-shirts were also sold.
