Early voting shows Kelley leading county chair race, Selby winning Zone 4, Briley and Littleton neck and neck

Results are in from early voting, absentee ballots, and 122 local precincts.

The following election results are in from the Volusia County Department of Elections: 

County Council Chair

  • Ed Kelley, 62%
  • Jason Davis 38%

City Commission Zone 1 

  • Dwight Selby, 62.7%
  • Johnathan Kaplan, 37.3%

City Commission Zone 4

  • Rob Littleton, 52.3%
  • Harold Briley, 47.7%

The results are unofficial and include early voting and absentee ballots. Totals do not include provisional or unscanned ballots.
