The one-way street on beachside doesn't get much traffic during the rest of year, but on Oct. 31 it's filled with so many kids trick-or-treating that the Ormond Beach Police Department has to put up roadblocks to prevent any extra traffic.
"We see like 800 kids on this street," resident Maria Kostidakis said. "I bought about 17 bags of candy. We usually run out around 8:30 — if we make it that long."
