Old Kings Elementary, a maritime school, held their field day May 23-26 for all their students including Pre-K. The lifeguard themed week was planned by physical education coach Mike D'Asheberg, coach Pat Hayes, coach Mike Kocsis, music teacher Rodney Harshbarger and Felicia D'Ascheberg.
Fourth graders filled the track on May 26, at the end of the field day kids were saying 'This was the best day ever!' "This is what PE is all about. This is the week that PE gets to shine every year and we look forward it," Mike D'Ascheberg said.
