An Armand Beach home with an oceanfront view, swimming pool and gazebo was the top real estate transaction from April 21 through 27. Sergio and Nancy Ponce, of Palm Coast, sold the home at  1 Ocean Dune Circle to Philip and Emily Pritchett, of Newberry, for $1,262.500. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 3,831 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2010 for $1,100,000.

Bunnell

James and Angela Copeland, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 1421 County Road 140 to Shane and Courtney Keppen, of Bunnell, for $286,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,800 square feet of living space.

 

Cypress Knoll

Michael and Jancie Telegdy, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 15 Edith Lane to Loretta and James LeRoy, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,623 square feet of living space.

Michael and Michelle Masscotte, of Dover, New Hampshire, sold the home at 94 Eric Drive to Allyson Imperio, of Palm Coast, for $159,900. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,412 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2004 for $165,000.

Eva Chmiel, of Ontario, sold the home at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway to Hector Rivera, of Palm Coast, for $75,000. Built in 2005, it has one bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms and 670 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2014 for $55,000.

Jendanco LLC, of Longwood, sold the home at 2806 S. Ocean Shore Blvd. to Jay and Nichole Ladde, of Orlando, for $580,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 2,425 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2015 for $324,000.

Gary and Theresa Moy, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 205 Lambert Ave. to Steven Glidden and Nancy Tomlinson, of Freeville, New York, for $365,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,489 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2005 for $500,000.

John Heck and Janet Chappell, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 1819 S. Daytona Ave. to Richard Smith, of Flagler Beach, for $280,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 1,400 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2010 for $224,000.
