Joyce Bohus, Eric Bohus, Cynthia Keenan and Susan Waring, of Marlton, New Jersey, sold the home at 2211 N. Central Ave. to Barry and Mary Ann Ramsey, of Beverly Hills, for $534,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,403 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 1998 for $275,000.

Roland and Sharon Hosier, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 6 Eastman Lane to Paul Bentivegna, of Fairlawn, New Jersey, for $229,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,659 square feet of living space.

John and Linda Otis, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 37 East Diamond Drive to Lauren Boyer, of South Orange, New Jersey, for $174,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,780 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2004 for $145,400.
