An Ocean Hammock home with a pool and game room was the top real estate transaction for the week of May 5-11. Mark Voss, of Linn, Missouri, sold the home at 20 Sandpiper Lane to Vera and Dijana Mladen, of Palm Coast, for $675,000. Built in 2015, it has six bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and 4,245 square feet of living space.

Armand Beach

Peter and Paula Jeffrey, of Epping, North Dakota, sold the home at 4 Sycamore Terrace to Jon and Theresa Dewitt, of Columbus, Ohio, for $329,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,142 square feet of living space.

Belle Terre

Charles Maseda, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 40 Patchogue Lane to John and Mary Paletar, of Woodville, Ohio, for $161,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,130 square feet of living space.

David and Robin Jones, of Bunnell, sold the home at 1530 County Road 302 to Kenneth Burton, of Moseley, Virginia, for $315,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,147 square feet of living space.
