Mysterious bullet

The officer inspected the chip and noted that it looked like it was from an old window shutter. There was a defined hole in the chip, as if from a drill bit.
The window was enclosed by a porch screen, and the officer could not find a hole in the screen.

Several patrol officers and sheriff’s deputies then walked to the residence. The residents turned the music down and said they had hired a DJ until midnight.
