Ana DeAlmeida was named the 2013 realtor of the year for Exit Realty First Choice in Palm Coast.
She has been a top-producing agent since 2007, according to a company release.

Florida Hospital HospiceCare names new admissions coordinator
Maria Moak, a Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse, has been named Florida Hospital HospiceCare’s new admissions coordinator.
Moak began her medical career as an emergency medical technician and worked for a hospice program based out of Port Orange for 12 years as a case manger.
As admissions coordinator, she will supervise the Florida Hospital HospiceCare admissions team, manage the hospice referral and admissions process and support marketing and customer relations efforts.

Dana Davis, of Watson Realty, has been awarded the Resort and Second Home Specialist Certification.

Pet Paradise drive collects 34,000 pounds of pet food
Pet Paradise’s fifth-annual Food For Paws pet food drive spanned more than six states and collected more than 34,000 pounds of pet food for nonprofit animal organizations.
The donations will also help pet owners struggling to feed their pets.
Pet Paradise facilities include grooming, daycare and boarding suites.
