An update on permit activity in Ormond Beach.

According to the City of Ormond Beach Building Division, the following businesses were issued business tax receipts this past week:

  • The nonprofit Ormond Beach Conservative, owned by the Jewish Association Inc. It’s located at 401 N. Nova Road.
  • The hotel/motel Shantoshi Inc., 1608 N. U.S. 1.
  • The nonprofit United Bibleway C.O.G.I.C., 212 S. Yonge St.
  • The nutrition club 4 U Nutrition, LLC., 1138 W. Granada Blvd.

The following is an update of Ormond Beach residential permits issued from Feb. 17-21:

  • Indigo Development was issued a $403,125 permit for a single-family home in Chelsea Place.
  • CP & HG Residential was issued a $326,379 permit for a single-family home in Chelsea Place.
