Ormond-ites to perform in Daytona Playhouse's Once Upon a Mattress

Seven Ormond Beach actors will be directed by an Ormond Beach resident in the Daytona Playhouse’s March 22 production of “Once Upon a Mattress.”

Opening Friday, March 22, the Daytona Playhouse’s production of “Once Upon a Mattress” will star seven Ormond Beach actors, as well be produced by Ormond Beach crewmembers.

Directed by Zeina Salame, the show is a fairy tale for grownups, featuring music and dancing directed by Benjamin Beck.

The cast includes Ormond Beach residents Steven Cork, Marte Labbe, Carly McGrane, Alexa Miles, Patrick Moffett, Michael Osowski and Ashley Williamson.  Stage Manager Teresa Fenrich is also a resident.

The show will close April 7. Tickets are $10 to $21.
