New assisted living facility coming to Palm Coast

PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued business tax receipts April 15 to April 19:
• Home-based businesses: The Roof Cleaning Company LLC; Red’s Maintenance & Handyman Service; Dave Geisel, a handyman service; GPC Construction Inc., a framing service; All Custom Installations Inc., a handyman service; JC Recruiting & Associates, a consultant; Eusuchia LLC, an unclassified personal service; Palm Coast Green Lawn Services LLC; Flagler/Palm Coast Taxi; Carr’s Trim Inc., a carpentry service; Coast 2 Coast Auto Specialist LLC; Eastern Machine Tool Services, a repair service; Safe Firearm Inc., an instruction service.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city April 11 to April 18. Total number of all permits issued: 195.

Commercial permit applications:
• Kirby Bros Construction applied for a $50,000 permit for interior alterations to 6125 E. Highway 100.

Residential permits issued:
• Seagate Homes was issued a $328,000 permit for a single-family residence at 51 Scarlet Oak Circle.
• Adams Homes of NW Florida was issued a $272,000 permit for a single-family residence at 73 Westcedar Lane.
• New Coastal Homes was issued a $250,000 permit for a single-family residence at 72 Arena Lake Drive.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $248,000 permit for a single-family residence at 4 Creekside Court.
• New Coastal Homes was issued a $245,000 permit for a single-family residence at 6 Diamond Leaf Way.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $231,000 for a single-family residence at 19 Seckel Court.
• J & J Watley was issued a $73,000 permit for an addition to 2 Woodlyn Lane.
• John Jutting was issued a $35,000 permit for an addition to 6 Wayman Place.
• Clear Choice Window was issued a $27,000 permit for an addition to 244 Westhampton Drive.
• Roman Building Contractor was issued an $18,015 permit for alterations to 8 Washwell Place.
• Millers Screen and Repair was issued an $8,156 permit for an addition to 82 Zebulahs Trail.
• American Aluminum was issued a $6,250 permit for an addition to 5 Karas Trail.
• A Certified Screen was issued a $4,325 permit for an addition to 1 Rymshaw Place.
• Southern Accent Development was issued a $4,310 permit for an addition to 44 Birchwood Place.
• Amaral Custom Homes was issued a $2,400 permit for alterations to 5 Felwood Lane.
• Jose Lope Construction was issued a $2,100 permit for alterations to 60 Clubhouse Drive, Building 11.
• Andrew Miklos was issued a $1,000 permit for alterations to 34 Foster Lane.

Occupancy permits issued:
• The Vineyard, an assisted living facility, claimed occupancy at 66 Russell Drive.
• McNeal Contractors LLC claimed occupancy at 4867 Palm Coast Parkway, Suite 5.
• Southern Prototyping Sales claimed occupancy at 1 Hargrove Grade, Unit 1.
