PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY
According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued business tax receipts Sept. 24-28

• CoreTranz Business Services is a business at 4865 Palm Coast Parkway.
• Rose Ellen Hartnett Cleaning is a home-based janitorial service.
• NExstar Electrical Contractors LLC is a home-based business.
• Staging success is a home-based business.
• Accord of Palm Coast Inc. is a home-based janitorial service.
• Blast Master is a home-based power washing service.
• RHC Vending is a home-based vending service.
• Freedomschoolers Academy is a home-based instruction service.
• Maureen Lent is a home-based business.
• Tidal Technologies Inc. is a home-based website design service.
• George Victor Morace Jr. Handyman is a home-based business.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city Sept. 20 to Sept. 26. Total number of all permits issued: 97.

Commercial permit applications received:

• Pacesetter Construction applied for a $650,000 permit for construction of Zaxby’s Restaurant at 180 Cypress Edge Drive.
• Infinimage Construction applied for a $40,000 permit for interior renovations to Tutti Fruitti Frozen Yogurt Shop at 1475 Palm Coast Parkway, Suite 102.
• McGee Corp. applied for a $40,000 permit for renovations to 1201 Palm Harbor Parkway.
• Paradise Landscaping applied for a $3,000 permit for work at 46000 Belle Terre Parkway.

Commercial permits issued:
• Caprock LLC was issued a $2,300 permit for interior renovations to Blue Leader Marketing at 15 Hargrove Grade.

Residential permits issued:
• Maronda Homes Inc. was issued a $318,000 permit for a single-family residence at 79 Laguna Forest Trail.
• Vanacore Construction was issued a $281,000 permit for a single-family residence at 41 Riverview Drive.
• Curbow Construction was issued a $90,000 permit for an addition to 97 Covington Lane.
• 3D Contracting was issued a $41,000 permit for an addition to 135 Cimmaron Drive.
• James Cauley was issued a $14,00 permit for an addition to 3 Wells Place.
• Screen Machines LLC was issued an $11,000 permit for an addition to 101 Westchester Lane.
• Southern Accent Development was issued a $7,120 permit for an addition to 9 Renworth Place.
• Abel Construction LLC was issued a $5,900 permit for an addition to 1 Llach Court.
• South Accent Development was issued a $2,450 permit for an addition to 17 Winterberry Place.
• Dacom Home Accents was issued a $1,300 permit for an addition to 46 Lancelot Drive.
• Dacom Home Accents was issued a $1,000 permit for an addition to 10 Sleepy Hollow Trail.

Occupancy permits issued:
• Halloween City claimed occupancy at 210 Palm Coast Parkway N.E..
• Coretranz Business Services claimed occupancy at 4885 Palm Coast Parkway, 4, 105C.
• Granite & Cabinet Retail Sales claimed occupancy at 160 Cypress Point Parkway, D108.
• Tidy Chapp LLC claimed occupancy at 6018 E. State Road 100.
• Grand Oaks Health & Rehabilitation claimed occupancy at 3001 Palm Coast Parkway.

Development orders issued:
• Jamey Flegal was issued a development order for widening Cypress edge.
• The city of Palm Coast was issued a development order for an addition to the Palm Coast water treatment plant No. 2.
