She's the princess of paper pulp, the queen of trees. At a recent meeting, the Palm Coast Lions presented a certificate of appreciation and bronze lion paper weight to Mary Engle, of Adult and Community Education, for her help in the club's paper recycling program.
“Engle has been helping the club for 10 years and has gone beyond the call of duty,” said club member Stan Niedzwiecki. “She donates bags of shredded paper, newspapers and magazines twice a month — always with a smile.”
