In the Jacksonville-based tournament, the team went undefeated in three games.
The Flagler Fury won the third-annual Jacksonville Magic AAU Invitational basketball tournament April 21 and April 22.
The Flagler Fury, comprising fourth- and fifth-grade players, went 3-0 in the tournament. It was the first tournament of the season and featured teams from Jacksonville and Georgia.
The team won the first game, 42-9. The second game was closer, but the Fury prevailed, 27-20. And the Fury won the third game, 38-17.
In three games, the team had a combined 79 steals, 81 rebounds, 26 assists and seven blocks.
Individual stats are as follows:
Brianna Ellis, point guard: 32 points, 11 rebounds, 10 assists, 13 steals, two blocks
Anisa Zwolinski, guard: 26 points, 16 rebounds, five assists, 24 steals
Prosperity Wright, center: 28 points, 19 rebounds, one assist, four steals, six blocks
Dyman Howard, point guard: 13 points, seven rebounds, 15 steals
Laylani Ortega, power forward: nine points, 11 rebounds, eight steals
