Brothers Jake and Zack Schroeder will soon load up their mountain bikes and embark on a 32-hour car trip to Pagosa Springs, Colo., to become camp counselors at Sonlight Christian Camp for 10 weeks.
In August, Zack will return to Palm Coast to search for an EMT job.
Jake, who just received his bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Central Florida, will then be joining a national tour company, The Silver Ring Thing, which travels to churches and schools from September to May, speaking to teens about a lifestyle of Christ-based sexual abstinence until marriage.
Both graduated from Matanzas High School and have lived in Palm Coast for 13 years.
