A Bunnell man was arrested Wednesday afternoon after he was caught masturbating behind the Palm Coast Starbucks, according to a Flagler County Sheriff’s Office report.
A Flagler County Sheriff’s Office deputy responded to a call by the manager at Starbucks, in Palm Coast, around 12:45 p.m. Wednesday, regarding a suspicious person masturbating behind the store.
The manager, Steven Cafone, told the deputy that Leon Hildreth, 27, had been living behind the store in the bushes and had been told to leave, according to the report.
Cafone told the deputy that around 12:30 p.m., he went to the back of the store and observed someone sitting on the ground and, when he got closer, “saw Hildreth with his pants down, masturbating, while holding an electronic device to watch pornographic material,” the report states.
Cafone stated he was offended and scared because of customers nearby. Additionally, Cafone told the deputy that he saw Hildreth’s penis while masturbating.
The deputy then spoke with Hildreth in front of the store.
“(He) was extremely nervous and shaking,” the deputy wrote in the arrest report.
Hildreth admitted to masturbating behind the store, but he did not provide a statement.
Hildreth was issued a trespass warning. He was then arrested for indecent exposure of sexual organs. He was booked into the Flagler County Inmate Facility on $250 bond.
