A total of 118 permits were issued through Palm Coast between Thursday, May 31, and Wednesday, June 6.

Of all permits issued, two companies claimed new business occupancy. Baxter Technologies (doing business as BT Motorsports) was issued orders for their unit at 18 Hargrove Grade. Lexelle Assisted Living Facility claimed space at 117 Whipporwill Drive.

Two commercial permit applications were also submitted — one to Stasser Construction, for a $19,885 accessory building at 1 Commerce Lane, and another to the Flagler County Board of County Commissioners, for $500 renovations to the Flagler County Library, at 2500 Palm Coast Parkway.

No Commercial permits or commercial certificates of occupancy were issued.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Olsen Custom Homes, for a $266,000 single-family residence at 9 N Park Lane. The largest renovation permit went to Tri-H Construction, for $50,000 interior renovations to 18 Burgess Place.
