Algebra EOC: 100% of Buddy Taylor students pass

Algebra end-of-course exam results have arrived, showing 100% of Buddy Taylor Middle School’s 56 test-takers scoring a passing 3 or higher, out of 5, on the final assessment.

The second-highest scoring school in the district is Indian Trails Middle School, showing 98% of its 130 students scoring a 3 or higher.

As a district, Flagler schools averaged 65% of its student body scoring at this passing mark, compared to 58% in Florida, 49% in Volusia, 65% in Clay, 66% Putnam and 80% in St. Johns.

A breakdown of other schools’ scores are as follows:

Matanzas High School, with 334 students, recorded 66% of its students scoring a 3 or higher.

Flagler Palm Coast High School, with 523 test-takers, recorded 54% of students at 3 or more.

Heritage Academy, with 11 students, scored a 33%.

And Imagine School at the Town Center, with 23 students, recorded an 83%.
