The Afro-American Caribbean Heritage Organization is offering four scholarships of $500 each to Flagler County graduating high school seniors of Afro-American Caribbean decent.
Applicants are required to hold a minimum 3.0 GPA, be accepted to a college or university, and community service. Applications may be obtained at both high school guidance offices, or by calling 446-1608.
