JaySonia Nottage turned 9 in January and celebrated on the red carpet with a dress-up, pottery-and-tea party, at the Oh Happy Clay Pottery Studio, in Flagler Beach.

She dazzled the paparazzi as she was chauffeured in a 1959 Corvette. Happy birthday, JaySonia!
