The Florida Highway Patrol has filed careless driving charges against Thelma Wagenhoffer in connection with Saturday’s traffic crash, according to a press release
A mandatory court appearance was set because of the severity of injuries.
Wagenhoffer, 76, of the L-section, drove her Toyota Camry into the front doors of Publix, located on Belle Terre Parkway, this weekend.
Ten people were injured, including serious injuries to an 83-year-old man and an 81-year-old woman.
