The Robert Woods Johnson Foundation released the state’s National County Health Ranking yesterday, April 3, showing Flagler County at No. 19 of 67 counties. Last year, Flagler was ranked 17.

In 2010, it was ranked 13.

“We have quite a mix surrounding us,” Health Department Administrator Patrick Johnson added. “St. Johns was No. 1, Volusia was No. 37 and Putnam was No. 65. … I expected a more dramatic drop because our economics but it did not occur.”
