+ Home Instead Senior Care holds open house
An open house for Home Instead Senior Care’s new Palm Coast office will be held 3-7 p.m. Sept. 22, at 399 S.W. Palm Coast Parkway. A nonmedical home healthcare agency, Home Instead provides in-home aid, including housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, bathing, personal care, grocery shopping, errands and companionship, primarily to seniors citizens. Services are available from two to 24 hours per day, by trained, bonded and insured caregivers.

+ Tim Terry named new CEO of Putnam State Bank
Daniel Martinez, chairman of the board for Putnam State Bank, recently announced the hiring of Tim Terry as the bank’s new president and CEO.

Terry has more than 35 years of banking experience, and was recently president and CEO of Enterprise Bank of Florida. He will replace Wayne McClain.

+ WastePro to offer $1,000 high school sports donation
At the end of this year’s football season, WastePro will award $500 each to Flagler Palm Coast and Matanzas high schools’ athletics directors. The company is also sponsoring an initiative called “The WastePro Academic and Athletic Excellence Awards,” which recognize Flagler County high school athletes for classroom/field achievements.

Each week during football season, students will be recognized at halftime on WNZF Radio during game broadcasts. Winning students will receive a certificate of achievement and dinners at participating restaurants.

+ Intracoastal Bank earns top rating from Bauer Financial
Intracoastal Bank, at 1290 Palm Coast Parkway, announced Sept. 9, the receipt of a five-star “Superior” rating from Bauer Financial Inc., based on its financial condition as of the second year’s quarter, which ended June 30. The rating is the highest designated by Bauer.

+ ‘Palm Coast Jazz’ croons onto the airwaves
A new online radio show, or podcast, along with a corresponding Facebook page, has been created for jazz fans in Palm Coast. Hosted by Palm Coast residents Allison Paris and Kenny MacKenzie, “Palm Coast Jazz” is a monthly show featuring music and news from local performers, as well as a concert calendar for jazz shows in Palm Coast, St. Augustine, Ormond and New Smyrna.

+ Valley joins Keller Williams Realty, Atlantic Partners
Keller Williams Realty, Atlantic Partners has announced the hiring of Donna Valley. From Massachusetts, where she ran a customer service business, Valley moved to Florida in 2000 and obtained her state real estate license in 2002. Valley and her husband, Bill, have two daughters, each in the Navy, and one son.
