A home in Island Estates tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Aug. 29 to Sept. 2.

Donald and Eileen Swanson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 51 Island Estates Parkway to David and Mary Betsill, of Westlake, Ohio, for $690,000.

Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, five baths, a pool, a spa, a boat dock, a boat house, a boat lift and 3,914 square feet of living area. It sold for $852,500 in 2002.
