Neighbors in one Palm Coast community applauded Thursday evening as Flagler County Sheriff’s deputies arrested five people and shut down a drug flop house on Rockne Lane.

Sheriff’s deputies executed a search warrant at 20 Rockne Lane around 6 p.m. Inside the home, they found drug paraphernalia and prescription drugs.

The five arrested and their charges were as follows:

Thomas Ksiezopolski, 35
20 Rockne Lane, Palm Coast
Felony possession of a controlled substance
Misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia

Kristen Westbrook, 28
1445 Cottonwood St., Bunnell
Felony possession of controlled substance
Misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia

Jacqueline Hess, 22
20 Rockne Lane, Palm Coast
Misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia

Andrew Wolagiewcz, 29
20 Rockne Lane, Palm Coast
Misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Wesley Barham, 28
2982 North Oceanshore Drive, Apt. 30, Palm Coast
Misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia

This is the second time in a little over a year that deputies have executed a search warrant on this house. This latest search is the result of complaints that have been filed with the Sheriff’s Office concerning the unkempt house that is currently in foreclosure.

Ksiezopolski is the homeowner. One call was made to the Crime Suppression Tip Line to report possible illegal activity at the home.

“The inside of this house is destroyed. There are holes in the walls and stains on the carpets. This was used as a drug house where people came to do their drugs. It is a community menace and we will return until we close it down permanently,” said Sheriff Donald W. Fleming.

The house had no running water and electric was being provided through an electrical meter that was not assigned to the home, according to deputies.

All five occupants of the home were transported to the Flagler County Inmate Facility. Ksiezopolski was being held Friday on $1,000 bond, and Wolagiewcz was facing a $500 bond. The other three were released on their own recognizance during a first appearance before a judge.
